Rajiv Swagruha Flats Booking Fee and Flat Details

a) Registration Fee : Rs. 1000/- (This enables applicant to access the Application form)
b) Confirmation advance at the time of booking the flat. : Rs. 1,00,000/- ( This amount will be adjusted towards the cost of flat )
c) Processing Fee at the time of booking

1. 3 BHK, 2 ½ BHK  and 2 BHK : Rs. 10,000/-
2. 1 BHK : Rs. 5,000/-

(This amount shall be paid along with the confirmation advance)
Note:- Both Registration fee and Processing fee are one time payments and are Non-refundable.

d) Parking space: Parking spaces may be reserved by paying Rs. 50,000/- as advance through online after booking the flat. Applicant will not get access to reserve the parking slot until booking of the flat is completed. Only one parking space will be allowed to be booked by the prospective buyers.

Telangana Swagruha Flats Booking Online Website Launched by TS Govt

The State government has launched the sale of Rajiv Swagruha flats for government employees for at lower price. Flats will be sold online and unsold units will be offered to others later. A total of 3,719 flats would be up for sale with online booking by the government employees on first-come-first-serve basis. The cost would be ₹1,900 per square foot for finished flats and Rs.1,700 per sft for semi-finished ones at Bandlaguda. Similarly, it would be Rs.1,700 and Rs.1,500, respectively for flats at Pocharam, Mr. Indrakaran Reddy said after launching the website. Housing minister A. Indrakaran Reddy launched the website www.tsswagruha.cgg.gov.in for the purpose on 27-08-2017. He said 2,245 flats in Bandlaguda and 1,474 in Pocharam would be put up for sale.

In Bandlaguda, 316 flats are ready for occupation, and 1,929 are semi-complete. Buyers will have to pay for the rest of the work. The government has fixed Rs 1,900 per sq. ft for completed flats and Rs 1,700 for semi-finished units. In Pocharam, 969 flats are ready and will be charged at Rs 1,700 per sq, ft, while 505 semi-complete will cost Rs 1,500 per sq. ft.
