Teachers Transfers Issue of Medical Certificates Teachers Transfers Issue of Medical Certificates, all the District Educational Officers (DEOs) of erstwhile districts is invited to the reference cited above. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has Enacted the AP State Teachers Transfers Regulation Act, 2025, with the objective of streamlining the transfer process of teachers working in Government, Zilla Parishad (ZP), Mandal Parishad (MP), Municipal, and Municipal Corporation schools across the state. In accordance with this Act and the instructions issued previously, it has been decided to conduct Medical Camps for the purpose of issuing Medical Certificates to:
Teachers applying under Preferential Categories (such as those with disabilities or critical health issues).
Teachers claiming Special Points on medical grounds in the Teachers Transfers Counselling 2025.

All District Educational Officers are directed to take necessary steps in coordination with the concerned Superintendents of Government Hospitals and ensure smooth conduct of these medical camps.

Purpose: To issue fresh medical certificates to teachers applying under preferential categories and those claiming special points on medical grounds.

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are requested to personally monitor on conduct of these medical camps and ensure that the process is carried out smoothly and successfully, without attracting any criticism in the matter.
