Teachers AAS Bill Software 6/ 12/ 18/ 24/ 30 Years – Automatic Advancement Scheme Proceeding

Special Grade (SP) Post Scale (6 years)

The individual who completed 6 years of service in the same cadre is eligible to get Special Grade Post Scale and allowed new scale.

(a) SPP-IA/SAPP-IA (12 years)

The employee who completed 12 years of service in the same cadre, is allowed to get new scale in the next promotion.

1. DSC 2002 Teachers Automatic Advancement Scheme 12 Years SPP-IA Pay Fixation after Completion of 12 Years for SGTs, LPTs, PETs under FR 22(a)(i) read with FR 31(2) and award of School Asst/LFL HM Post Scale.
2. Qualified Category III Teachers those who have completed 12 years service & drawing pay at Rs.14050 in the pay scale of Rs.11530-27700 as on Oct 2014 shall get SPP-I A scale & pay at Rs.14860 in the pay scale of Rs 14860-39540 under FR 22(a)(i).
3. Next AGI will be accrued after 1year (Oct-2015). Let us know how to fix their Scale and Pay with respect to the Fundamental Rules and Norms.
4. who have completed 12 years service & drawing pay @Rs.14050 in the pay scale of Rs11530-27700 as on Oct 2014 shall get SPP-I A scale & pay @ Rs.14860 in the pay scale Rs14860-39540 under FR 22(a)(i)

b) SPP-IB/ SAPP-IB (18years):

The employee who completed 18 years of service in the same cadre, is allowed to get one additional increment in the same scale SPP-IA/SAPP-IA.

Special Promotion Post Scale –II (SPP-II) (24years):

Employee completed 24 years as per service rules is allowed to get SPP- II, equal to next promotion scale. Individual must require qualifications as per the next promotion post.

Special Promotion Post – IA (SPP-IA) :ఒక కాడర్ లో 12 సంవత్సరాల సర్వీస్ పూర్తి చేసి తదుపరి పదోన్నతికి అర్హతలు కలిగి ఉన్నవారు అర్హులు. నేరుగా School Assistants గా నియామకం జరిగిన వారు 45సంవత్సరాల వయసు దాటితే Departmental పరీక్షల పాసవ్వాలనే నిబందన నుండి మినహాయింపు కలదు.
Special Promotion Post – IB (SPP-IB) :ఒక కాడర్ లో 18 సంవత్సరాల సర్వీస్ పూర్తి చేసి SPP-I/SPP-II పొందిన వారు SPP-IB పొందడానికి అర్హులు.
Special Promotion Post – II (SPP-II) : ఒక కాడర్ లో 24 సంవత్సరాల సర్వీస్ పూర్తి చేసి రెండవ స్థాయి పదోన్నతికి అర్హతలు కలిగి ఉన్నవారు అర్హులు.

Automatic Advancement Scheme (AAS) PRC 2021

The Government, after careful examination of the Automatic Advancement Scheme, hereby orders that

• i. The existing Special Grade, SPP-IA/ SAPP-IA, SPP-IB/ SAPP-IB shall be continued with eligibility for the Special Grade after 6 years of service in the same post, SPP-IA/ SAPP-IA after 12 years and SPP-IB/ SAPP-IB after 18 years.
• ii. The present SPP Scale II/SAPP Scale-II, eligible after 24 years of service in the same post, may be rechristened as SPP Scale-llA/ SAPP Scale-I IA
• iii. An employee, on completion of 30 years of service in a particular post, may be granted one increment in the SPP Scale IIA/ SAPP Scale IIA, as the case may be, which shall be called the Special Promotion Post Scale 11-B/ Special Ad hoc Promotion Post Scale II-B.
• iv. The benefit of Automatic Advancement Scheme may be continued up to and inclusive of Grade 25 in the revised scales i.e., =t76730-162780.
• v.All other instructions issued by the Government in the G.0.Ms.No.68, Finance (HRM.V.PC) Department dated   12-06-2015, cited   vide   the reference 3rd read above shall apply mutatis mutandis to the scheme as modified now.
