All District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha in the state are informed that the following revised schedule has been sued regarding implementation of section 12(1)(C) of the RTE Act, 2009 to the academic year 2023 2024 for admission of children in Class in all Private Unaided Schools (with reference to 7th cited and in continuation to the instructions issued in the reference 6th cited).

Admission of Students by Schools Confirmed: 03.05.2023 to 09.05.2023
The District Educational Officers as a result. Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha, and Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the state are urged to adhere to the updated timeline for confirming child admissions in accordance with Section 12(1)(C) of the RTE, 2009 for the academic year 2023–2024 and to take the necessary steps and give the pertinent guidance to all Principals/HMS, MEOS concerned.
In this Regard, it is Noted That All District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha in the state, have received the lists of eligible children, district-by-district, with assigned schools, through email to their respective offices. Due to the aforementioned, all District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Siksha in the state are Requested to take the necessary steps as soon as possible to ensure that all admissions of eligible children under Section 12 (1) of 2009 into the designated IB/ICSE/CBSE/State Syllabus followed schools will be completed in the schedule prescribed from 19.04.2023 to 25.04.2023 while properly updating the admitted children information each day in the website plat Additionally, they are told to communicate with the parents of the affected children frequently and to instruct the management of the affected schools to approve the admission of the children without objecting, as well as to post the list of chosen students on the notice board and in front of the school to check the parents’ availability.
