National Board Examination in Rehabilitation (NBER) invites admission to D.Ed.Spl.Ed.(100), D.Ed.Spl.Ed.(MI), D.Ed.Spl.Ed. (VI). D.I.S.LI, OTISL D.Ed.Spl.Ed.(Db) & D.Ed. Spl.Ed. (MD) Courses in the field of Special Education and Disability Rehabilitation conducted by RC’s approved Training Institutions/University Departments) across the Country through Centralized Online Admission Process: 2021, for the academic session 2021-22. Admissions to these courses will be given based on the marks secured by the candidates at 12 examinations.
Eligibility criteria for Admission to Diploma Level Courses are as under:
Students who have passed 10+2 or equivalent with 50% of marks in any stream are eligible for the course. However, there shall be 5 percent relaxation in the percentage of marks in case the candidate belongs to SC/ST or PwD category as per State/Central Govt.
Special Education Courses: 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Central/State Board of Education with minimum 50% marks agregate
Sign Language (DTISL): Deaf candidates with 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Central/State Board of Education with minimum 45% marks aggregate. Certificate of Disability (Deaf) and Proficient receptive and productive skills in ISL
Reservation
Reservation Policy for the SC/ST/0SC/PwD/EWS category for admission will be applicable as per the Govt. Policy concerned State/Union Territory.
Application Fee:
Rs. 500/- for General and DEC (CL) and Rs. 350/-for SC, ST and EWS PWD candidates are exempted from application fee.
Fee should be remitted through payment gateway by using a HIM UPI App/Rupay Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/Paytm/ Card Credited by Banks in India. Free once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstances.
