Ap-Model-School-Recruitment-Pgt-Tgt 2024, AP Model School Society officials issued a Recruitment Notification for 211 Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) and 71 Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) posts on a contract basis. APMS released the Notification for Recruitment of TGT and PGT on Contractual Basis in AP Model Schools for 2024. NOTIFICATION: NO.54/APMS/2024DATED:04/08/2024: AP Model School Recruitment for PGT – TGT 2024 The Andhra Pradesh Education Department has published a notice to fill 282 job vacancies at Adarsh Model Schools around the state on a contract basis. In Andhra Pradesh, 164 model schools existed.

As per G.O.Ms.No.94, GAD, Dated:28-03-2003, applications are being accepted from qualified individuals for the contract positions of 211 Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) and 71 Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) at the 18-district A.P. Model Schools.
When candidates are confident, they meet the requirements for the position as stated in the advertisement, they must submit an online application at http://cse.ap.gov.in. Education Qualification Details for AP Model School 2024 TGT and PGT Recruitment
A) Post Graduate Teacher
Academic Qualifications: Must possess a two-year integrated Post Graduation Course from the Regional Institute of Education of NCERT or a Master’s Degree from UGC- (Under Graduation Course)AP DSC SGT Syllabus 2024 recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the subjects as specified as under:
PGT (English) – M.A. in English.
PGT(Civics)-M.A., in Political Science/ Public Administration / Politics.
PGT(Commerce)- M.Com., in Commerce with Accountancy/Cost Accounting/ Financial Accountancy as a main subject/Master of Financial Analysis provided having B.Com in Graduation level.
Note: Holders of M.Com in Applied/Business Economics are not eligible for the post of PGT-Commerce.
• PGT(Economics)- M.A., in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/ Rural Development/ Mathematical Economics/ Econometrics.

Academic and Professional Qualifications: Must possess four year integrated degree course from the Regional Institute of Education of NCERT with at least 50% marks in aggregate or Second Class Bachelor’s Degree from the UGC recognized University with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject(s) in aggregate including electives and Languages in the combination of subjects specified and must possess Bed recognized by NCTE (or) equivalent degree with methodology in the concerned subject from UGC recognized University / on case of TGT-Telugu and Hindi, Pandit Training from a recognized institution as specified under:
TGT(Telugu): A Bachelor’s Degree with Telugu as the main subject (or) one of the three equal optional subjects/Bachelor’s Degree in Oriental Language in Telugu (B.O.L) or its equivalent/ a post Graduate Degree in Telugu.

Age Limit for AP Model School Recruitment for PGT – TGT 2024
The maximum age limit for 44 and should not be less than 18 years as on the date of Issuance of notification. However, in case of SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates the maximum age limit shall be 49 years and in respect of Physically Challenged candidates the maximum age limit shall be 54 years.
Salary Details AP Model School Recruitment for PGT – TGT 2024
The Minimum Time Scale of Pay fixed by Government from time to time shall be paid, without any allowances. At present, the posts of PGT carries MTS of pay of Rs.31,460/- per month and the post of TGT carries MTS of pay of Rs.28,940/- per month.
Selection Criteria AP Model School Recruitment for PGT – TGT 2024
Candidates shall be selected on the basis of percentage of marks obtained:
In respect of PGT – concerned subject in the PG and the total percentage of marks obtained in B.Ed. Methodology
In respect of TGT – total percentage of marks obtained in the Bachelors Degree and the total percentage of marks obtained in B.Ed.. Methodology
In respect of PGT and TGT, the candidates who have served as guest faculty will be assigned the rank prior to the non-guest faculty.
For Example: Candidate having percentage of marks 55% with the experience of guest faculty should be above the candidate having percentage of marks with 60% without experience.
For the purpose of deciding ranks to the candidates with equal percentage of marks, the following procedure shall be followed in that order:
Date of Birth: The elder candidate will be given higher rank over a younger candidate;
If the Date of Birth is also same, but the candidates belong to different genders, a female candidate will be given a higher rank over a male candidate;
If two or more candidates have same date of birth, and no female candidate is one of them, or more than one female candidate are available, then candidates belonging to the following communities (in that order) shall be given a higher rank:
