AP TET Exam Pattern 2026
As was previously reported, there will be two papers that will be held in various locations across the state from August 6th to August 25, 2026. Paper 1 will be for instructors of classes 1st to 5th, and Paper 2 will be for teachers of classes sixth through tenth. Candidates who want to apply as teachers for all grade levels must appear in both examinations. There will be 150 multiple-choice questions on each of the tests. There will be one mark given for each accurate response. There won’t be any deducted marks in the test. Each exam will have a 2 and a half hour time limit.
The AP TET Exam 2026 will consist of the AP TET Paper 2 Syllabus (2A & 2B). Paper II is for candidates who will be hired as elementary teachers, while Paper I is for candidates who will be hired as primary teachers (Class 1st to 5th), and ( Class VI to VIII).
Except for Sanskrit, the AP TET Exam 2026 will be administered in a format in English and another language of the candidate’s choice. Candidates who choose Sanskrit will receive a Question Paper in Sanskrit and Telugu.
