Ref:-Lr.Rc.No.107/B1/APM/2016, dated 5-3-16 of the Commissioner of School Education and Ex-officio Project Director, APMS, Hyderabad.
In the reference cited the Commissioner of School Education and Ex-officio Project Director, APMShas stated that in the meeting held with the Principals on13-02-2016 at RVMConference hall, they are requested to accommodate the SSC Girl students studying in their Model Schools at nearby KGBVsfrom 15-03-2016 to 23-04-2016. This will be help the students to concentrate more on their studies and prepare well for the ensuing SSC Examinations 2016 by saving travelling time for going home and returning schools.
In this connection, School wise requirement of temporary accommodation at concerned KGBVsis enclosed for perusal and requested to consider for temporary accommodation to APMS Girl students in KGBVs.
After careful examination it is informed that,
1. Most of the KGBVsare not having sufficient accommodation.
2. The KGBVs are able to provide accommodation for 5 to 10 APMS Girl students only. If possible more students may be accommodated based on vacancy.
3. The Principals of concerned APMS may be responsible for safety, security and health, whenever the students going home, exam c~nter and returning to KGBVs.
4. The Special Officers of concerned KGBVs may be responsible for APMS students; whenever they are staying in KGBVs.
Hence, the Director, APMS, Hyderabad is requested to accommodate the students as per above norms and forward students list to the concerned Special Officer and the District Project Officer.The Project Officers of APSSA are requested to issue necessary instructions to the Special Officer of the KGBVs to provide necessary accommodation with food etc., to the 10th class girl students of the AP Model Schools up to the completion of the sse Examinations March-2016.
