ApTeLs app లో లీవ్ apply చేసేటప్పుడు మెటర్నిటీ, పేటర్నిటీ, సీసీల్, మెడికloss of pay etc వీటికి app లో MEO permission sanctioned పేపర్స్ ఒకటి ఉన్నట్లయితే jpg format లో app తీసుకుంటుంది. ఒకటి కంటే ఎక్కువ ఉన్నట్లయితే pdf format లో upload చేయాలి. ApTels app లో upload చేయవలసిన ఫైల్ size maximum 2MB వరకు తీసుకుంటుంది. అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ ఉంటే app తీసుకోదు.

Pdf లో upload చేయడానికి Follow steps
1. Google play store లో jpg to pdf converter అప్ ను మీ mobile లో download చేసుకోవాలి.
2. మీరు సెలెక్ట్ చేసిన pics size తగ్గించడానికి whats App లో (మీ friend, relative కు గాని పంపి మరొకసారి వాటిని మీ no కు foreword చేయించుకోవాలి, వాటిని download చేసుకోవాలి) పంపితే ఆ ఫిక్సస్ size చాలా తగ్గుతుంది.
2. APP open చేసి pdf format లో మార్చడాలచుకున్న pics select చేసి pdf లో మార్చుకోవాలి.
3. pdf లో మార్చుకున్న ఫైల్ మీ file manager లో Image to pdf అనే folder లోతక్కువ size లో సేవ్ అయివుంటాయి.
4. ApTels అప్ open చేసి అప్లోడ్ చేయవలసిన file ను file manager లో ఎంచుకొని upload చేస్తే సరిపోతుంది.
