TGCET Online Application Form 2025 – How to Apply

After meeting the TGCET Eligibility Criteria, Candidates can only Apply Online. The application process will be divided into two phases. In the first phase, candidates must pay the Application fee online, while in the second phase, they must fill out an online application and submit it. How to Apply TGCET 2025 : 

2. When you click the “Make Payment” link, a new screen will appear.

3. Enter the Candidate Surname, Candidate Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Email Address. Choose your community, gender, and annual income. Select a Payment Gateway. Enter the Amount and the Verification code shown in the image.

4. After entering all of the required information, click the “Proceed” button. The new screen will then appear.

5. Enter the Card Number, Expiration Date (Month / Year (CVV/CVC), CARD Holder Name, and Amount, then click the “Make Payment” button.

6. Upon payment completion, you will receive a Success Screen with your “Journal Number” and fee payment dates displayed; please take note of these.

7.After clicking the “Submit Application” link, the payment verification form will appear.

8. Fill in the Journal Number, Date of Payment, and Date of Birth, then upload your photograph and signature and click the “Upload” button to see the application on the screen.

9. Fill out the Personnel Information, Study Particulars for 2018-2019 and 2019-2025, Fee Details, Examination Center, and School Preference Information.

10. After entering all of the details, carefully review them; if there are any errors, click the “Edit” button; otherwise, click the “Submit” button.

11. You will see a success screen after clicking the submit button. When you click the “Download Application” link, you will be taken to the application PDF. Take two or three of the printouts for feature correspondence.

Age limit for TGCET 5th Class Admission Test:

1. General Students have born between 01-09-20012 to 31-08-2014 and 
2. SC and ST students have born between 01-09-20012 to 31-08-2014.

TGCET 2025 Educational Qualification :

Students are studying 4th during the academic year 2025-26 in any Government School or any recognized school in Telangana State.

Parents Income per yearly :

Parental income for the year 2025-2026 should not exceed Rs.1,50,000
