The TGCET 2025 counselling schedule, as well as the venue, will be announced by the conducting body following the announcement of the entrance test results. There will be an offline counselling system in place to allocate available seats in Telangana’s various Residential colleges.

TGCET Counseling Schedule 2025
TG Gurukul CET Counselling Dates TREIS will issue TGCET Counseling dates 2025 through local news papers Sakshi, Eenadu, and other state daily for admission to 5th Class in Telangana Government Residential Schools. The TREIS has prepared an official shortlist based on merit in the TGCET 2025, Reservation, and special category. The conducting body selected candidates, and their hall ticket numbers and names were posted on the official web portal on June 1, 2025. For admission to Telangana State residential schools, eligible candidates must attend the TGCET 2025 Counselling.
TGCET Counselling Procedure 2025
TG Gurukul CET Counselling Dates The examination authority held the offline counselling as planned. Selected candidates must attend the TGCET certificate verification 2025 at Telangana State counselling centres. The following is a step-by-step procedure for counselling.
Eligibility for TGCET Counseling
1.TGCET 2025 ranking
2. The candidate must be a resident of India and have only studied in Telangana.
3.During the academic year 2025 , candidates Must be in the Fourth grade at a government school or a school recognised by the Telangana government.
4. OC / BC candidates must have been born between 1 September 2009 and 31 August 2011. (9-11 years)
5. SC/ST candidates must have been born between September 1, 2007 and August 31, 2011. (9-13 years only).
TGCET Certificate Verification 2025
Selected candidates must attend the certificate verification in June 2025 at the above-mentioned counselling centres. All candidates must bring all of the original certificates and documents listed below.
1. TGCET Rank Card 2025/ Copy of TGCET Result
2. Original 4th Class Pass Certificate
3. Conduct Certificate and Study Certificate for seven years of study from first to fourth grade. Nativity Certificate obtained from the Tahsildar concerned for private candidates. (Private candidates are not eligible for a residence certificate.)
4. Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the Institution Head
5. Permanent Caste Certificate issued by the concerned Tahsildar for B.C., S.C., and S.T. students
6. Physical Fitness Certificate from a doctor with a rank no lower than Asst. Civil Surgeon.
7. Three sets of Xerox copies of all the certificates listed above.
8. Six recent passport-size photos
Candidates for the Special Category
1.Physically Handicapped: A certificate from the Government Hospital’s Orthopedic Surgeon (minimum disability – 40%).
2. Children of Military Personnel CATEGORY: A DSSA (or) competent authority certificate for children of ex-service personnel (or) children of service personnel from the state of Telangana.
