Candidates Should Carefully Review the Eligibility Criteria and Apply Online between 15.02.2025 and 15.03.2025. Exam Starts 27-04-2025
Fee Payment: Visit any AP Online Center with basic details (Student’s Name, Date of Birth, Parent/Guardian’s Mobile Number) and pay a fee of ₹100. After payment, you will receive a Journal Number. Enter the journal number in the designated column for exam fee details.
After completing the application form, a reference number will be provided. Keep a printed copy of the completed application for future Reference.
Required Documents: At the time of application, candidates must have the following original documents ready:
Caste Certificate (Integrated caste and date of birth certificate)
Income Certificate
Special Category Certificate (if applicable)
Study and Bonafide Certificates These documents must be submitted during counseling. Failure to produce these documents will result in the cancellation of the allocated seat.
Invalid Applications: Applications submitted directly to the institution, through Gurukula schools, or via email will not be accepted. Such candidates will not be permitted to take the entrance test.
Hall Tickets:
Hall tickets can be downloaded 7 days before the exam date using the reference number from the nearest Internet center or online.

Entrance Examination Date & Time: The entrance test will be conducted on the scheduled date from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Eligibility for Admission:
Age Criteria:
O.C., B.C., and E.B.C. candidates: Must be born between 01.09.2014 and 31.08.2016.
S.C. and S.T. candidates: Must not exceed the age limit of 9 to 13 years and must be born between 01.09.2013 and 31.08.2016.
Income Limit:
The annual income of the candidate’s parents/guardians should not exceed ₹1,00,000.
School Requirement:
Candidates must currently be studying in schools within their respective districts to be eligible for admission into the Gurukula schools in the same district.
Students must have been continuously studying for the past two academic years (2023-24 and 2024-25) in government or government-recognized schools in their respective districts.
Candidates should be studying 4th Class in the academic year 2024-25 in government or recognized schools.
Entrance Examination Details:
The entrance exam will cover Telugu, English, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies (Science & Social Studies) at the 4th class level.
The test will be objective type, conducted for 100 marks over 2 hours:
Telugu: 15 marks
English: 25 marks
Mathematics: 30 marks
Environmental Studies: 30 marks
Answers must be marked on an OMR sheet.
The question paper will be provided in both Telugu and English.
Exam Center:
The exam will be conducted only in the candidate’s district.
Exam center details will be provided on the Hall Ticket.
In case of fewer students at a particular center, candidates may be reallocated to the nearest exam center.
Selection Process for School Admission: Eligible candidates will be selected based on the following:
