Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swavalamban Yojana 2023. The Arunachal Pradesh state government runs the Deen Dayal Swavalamban Yojana, which is a startup loan scheme. The government will provide the loan at a subsidised rate of 30%.
The subsidised amount will also be credited to the bank via a NABARD Project Loan ranging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 1 Cr (excluding the cost of land & building)
