CSIR 4PI Recruitment 2024:
The CSIR Fourth Paradigm Institute (CSIR-4PI) formerly CMMACS is a Council of Scientific and Industrial Research unit. The center is developing modeling approaches for illuminating the structure and evolution of complex systems.
In the late 1980s, the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research realized the increasing importance of mathematical modeling and computer-based simulations that were critical for understanding complex systems, which were used in a wide array of scientific research. Various fields that were previously thought to be purely observational and qualitative now needed the use of such technologies.
It was established in 1988 in the Belur Campus of the National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), Bengaluru. The current Head of the Institute is Dr. Sridevi Jade.
Vacancy Details of CSIR 4PI Jobs 2024:
Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-Fourth Paradigm Institute (CSIR 4PI) recruits 14 posts for Project Associate/ Senior Project Associate on a contract basis to fill the jobs for CSIR 4PI Recruitment 2024.
Eligibility Criteria:
Interested Job Aspirants who are ready to apply for CSIR 4PIRecruitment 2024 Notification must possess the below-given Eligibility Details.
Educational Qualification:
Project Associate: Candidates must have B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AT), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), programming in Python, installation and running of JOT device, and simulation framework are desirable. OR
Knowledge of GPU programming, installation and running of computational models and configuration of Dockers-based GPU computing is desirable.
Senior Project Associate: Candidates must have BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Linux System Administration of Large-scale clusters in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations. OR
Doctoral Degree in Science/ Engineering/ Technology from a recognized university or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of experience in Linux System Administration of Large-scale clusters in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations. Or Doctoral Degree in Science/ Engineering/ Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
Selection Process:
Selection of candidates for CSIR 4PI Recruitment 2024 will be:
- The selection will be based on screening of the applications followed by personal interviews.
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications by a screening committee.
- Short-listed candidates will be called for the Personal Interview.
- The details of the interview will be intimated through e-mail only to the shortlisted candidates.
- Students awaiting Final year results will NOT be considered.
- Written test will be conducted if necessary.
Pay Scale:
Candidates selected for CSIR 4PI Recruitment 2024 will get pay of minimum Rs.25,000/- and a Maximum of Rs.42,000/-PM+ HRA.
Age Limit:
Candidate age should be 35 Years for a Project Associate and 40 Years for a Senior Project Associate.
