• ఎనిమిదేళ్లున్న ఉపాధ్యాయులకు, ఐదేళ్లున్న హెచ్‌ఎంలకు తప్పనిసరి
• రెండేళ్లు పూర్తి చేసుకున్నా అర్హులే
• మే 31 కటాఫ్‌.. పెర్ఫార్మెన్స్‌ పాయింట్ల స్థానంలో సర్వీసు

అమరావతి : బదిలీల కోసం మూడేళ్లుగా ఎదురు చూస్తున్న ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ఎట్టకేలకు మార్గం సుగమమైంది.

బదిలీల ఫైల్‌పై సీఎం జగన్‌ సంతకం చేశారు. ఆ వెంటనే సంబంధిత ఫైలు పాఠశాల విద్య శాఖ ముఖ్యకార్యదర్శికి చేరింది. బదిలీలు చేపట్టేందుకు అవసరమైన విధివిధానాలు, నిబంధనలతో కూడిన ఉత్తర్వులు వచ్చే వారంలో విడుదల కానున్నాయి.

తోలుత ఉపాధ్యాయ పోస్టుల రేషనలైజేషన్‌, తర్వాత బదిలీలకు వీలుగా షెడ్యూల్‌ విడుదల కానుంది. 

ఆన్‌లైన్‌లోనే ఉపాధ్యాయుల నుంచి దరఖాస్తులు స్వీకరించి వెబ్‌ కౌన్సెలింగ్‌ ద్వారా బదిలీలు చేపట్టనున్నారు.

బదిలీలకు సంబంధించి గతంలో ఉపాధ్యాయ సంఘాలతో విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు నిర్వహించిన సమావేశాల్లో చర్చించిన అంశాలు, వ్యక్తమైన సూచనలు, సలహాల మేరకు విధివిధానాలపై కొంత మేరకు స్పష్టత వచ్చింది.

• ముఖ్యంగా ఈ ఏడాది May 31 నాటికి సర్వీస్‌ పూర్తి చేసిన ఉపాధ్యాయులు అందరూ బదిలీకి అర్హులవుతారు.
•  అయితే, ఒకే చోట ఎనిమిదేళ్లు పూర్తి చేసుకున్న టీచర్లు, ఐదేళ్లు పూర్తయిన హెడ్మాస్టర్లు తప్పనిసరిగా బదిలీ అవుతారు.
• ఈసారి బదిలీల్లో పెర్ఫార్మెన్స్‌ పాయింట్లకు బదులు సర్వీస్‌ పాయింట్లను(ఏడాదికి 0.5) ప్రాతిపదికగా తీసుకుంటున్నారు.
• 40% వైకల్యం ఉంటే దివ్యాంగుల కింద పరిగణించి బదిలీల్లో ప్రాధాన్యం ఇస్తారు.
• గత ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చిన జీవో 47 ప్రకారమే ఈసారి రేషనలైజేషన్‌ ప్రక్రియ అమలు చేయనున్నారు.
• అయితే, గత ప్రభుత్వం ఆదర్శ ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాలలకు కేటాయించిన పోస్టులను రద్దు చేస్తున్నారు.
• టీచర్లు, విద్యార్థుల 1:30 నిష్పత్తిలో పోస్టులను కేటాయించారు.
• గతంలో 80 మంది విద్యార్థులకు 4 పోస్టులు,
• 100 మంది విద్యార్థులకు 5 పోస్టులు,
• 120 మంది విద్యార్థులకు 6 పోస్టులు ఇచ్చారు.
• అప్పుడు నిష్పత్తి 23గా ఉండగా ప్రస్తుతం దాన్ని 1:30గా నిర్ణయించారు.
• మొత్తం మీద కొన్ని మార్పులతో మార్గదర్శకాలు విడుదల కానున్నాయి.
• రాష్ట్రంలో దాదాపు 1.90 లక్షల మంది ఉపాధ్యాయులు పనిచేస్తుండగా.. సుమారు లక్ష మంది బదిలీల కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తున్నారు.
