Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022 Selection to the posts of Manager, Senior Manager Grade under Specialist Officers is completely based on their performance in the Online Test, GD and interview. Candidates who get a good score in the Online test test are only eligible to appear for interview. Selected candidates should bring all the certificates in support of age, educational qualification, experience for attending the interview process. Eligibility Criteria for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2022

Educational Qualification:

Relationship Manager:

Candidates must complete Graduation and Post Graduate Degree / Diploma or CA / CMA with minimum 10 Years in Public / Private / Foreign Banks/ Financial Institutions with strong exposure in Sales/ Relationship Management in Corporate Credit.

Relationship Manager (Corporate & Inst. Credit):

Candidates must complete Graduation and Post Graduate Degree / Diploma or CA / CMA with minimum 5 Years in Public / Private / Foreign Banks/ Financial Institutions with strong exposure in Sales/ Relationship Management in Corporate Credit.

Credit Analyst:

Candidates must complete Graduation (in any discipline) and Post Graduate Degree with Specialization in Finance or CA / CMA / CS / CFA with Minimum 5 Years of Work Experience in Bank with 4 years in Large/ Mid Corporate Credit in Public / Private / Foreign Banks/ Financial Institutions with exposure in Credit Appraisal/ Processing/ Operations

Credit Analyst (Corporate & Inst. Credit):

Candidates must complete Graduation in any discipline with CA from a recognized Institute. Preference will be given to candidates having Work Experience in Public / Private / Foreign Banks with exposure in Credit Appraisal/ Processing/ Operations.

Age Limit:

Candidates age should be in between the following age limits. Age will be reckoned as on 01-06-2022.

Salary:

Selected candidates will get pay as prescribed below by the recruiting organization.

• SMGS IV: Rs. 76010-89890/- PM
• MMGS III: Rs.63,840-78,230/- PM
• MMGS II: Rs. 48,170-69,180/- PM

Selection Procedure:

• The selection process may comprise online test (for positions in MMG/S-II & MMG/S-III only), psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by Group Discussion and/or Interview of candidates, qualifying in the online test
• Online test consists of Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Professional Knowledge. Online test is of 225 marks. No. of questions is 150.
• Qualified candidates in the online test will be called for psychometric test, Group Discussion followed by a personal interview.

Certificates to be brought at the time of Selection Procedure:

• System-generated printout of the online application form.
• Print out of the Call Letter/email
• Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or SSLC/ Std.X Certificate with DOB).
• Photo Identify Proof as indicated in Point 12 below.
• Mark sheets & provisional / degree certificates for educational qualifications.
• Work Experience Certificate
• Caste Certificate
• PWD Certificate if any

Application Fee:

General category candidates must pay fee of Rs. 600/-, Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST Category candidates, Fee must be payable through online mode.
