IDBI Bank Recruitment 2022 Selection to the posts of Manager, Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager is completely based on their performance in the written test and interview. Eligibility Criteria for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2022

Educational Qualification:

Infrastructure management Department:

Assistant General Manager (AGM):

Candidates must possess Graduation (B.Tech/B.E in Civil/ Electrical Engineering) with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Preference will be given to the candidates having post Graduation and 6 years of experience in the Banking Sector

Manager (Grade B):

Candidates must possess Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University, National Defence Academy or open university recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies with minimum 3 years of experience as an officer.

Rajbhasha:

Deputy General Manager (DGM):

Candidates must possess Graduation Degree from a recognized University with Hindi and English as a core subject with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Master’s Degree in Hindi or English or in Sanskrit with Hindi from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies with minimum 10 years of experience.

Assistant General Manager (AGM):

Candidates must possess Graduation Degree from a recognized University with Hindi and English as a core subject with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Master’s Degree in Hindi or English or in Sanskrit with Hindi from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies with minimum 6 years of experience.

Digital Banking:

Candidates must possess B.E/ B.Tech /Bachelor in Electronics/Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Information Technology with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 or above (55% marks/ CGPA 6 or above for SC/ST/PWD) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies & valid 10 years of experience in the relevant field.

Legal Domain:

Candidates must complete Degree in Law from a recognized University with minimum 60% of marks (55% marks for reserved category candidates). 10 years of experience in the concerned sector.

Treasury:

Candidates must possess B.Sc. /BA (Maths or Stat.)/ BE/B.Tech Or any Graduate with Post Graduation in M.Sc. / MA (Maths or Stat.) with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute & 3 years of experience.

Age Limit:

Candidates age should be in between the following age limits. Age will be reckoned as on 01-05-2022.

  • Assistant General Manager – 28 to 40 years
  • Manager (Grade B) -25 to 35 years
  • Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D – 35 to 45 years

Salary:

Selected candidates will get pay as prescribed below by the recruiting organization.

Selection Procedure:

Candidates will be selected to the posts of Specialist Officers through the following steps
