Educational Qualification for Posts wise:
Candidates must have completed Intermediate with Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery, B.Sc., Nursing Degree, M.Sc, Nursing Degree and permanently registered in A.P. Nursing And Midwives Council under Nursing council of India are eligible to apply for the Staff Nurses post
Method of Selection:
1) Academic Qualification (Merit) 80 Marks 2) Interview 20 Marks A) Seniority in terms of passing qualifying exam 10 Marks (1 mark for one year max 10 marks) B) Work Experience in 300 beded Multi Speciality Hospital (1 mark for one year max. 5 marks 05 Marks After completion of qualifying exam.) C) Viva on Technical and communicational Skills 05 Marks.
Total : 100 Marks
Remuneration/ Monthly Salary :
Staff Nurses : Rs. 15,000
Refractionist – 10, 900
Physiotherapists – 11,530
Leaves for Yearly :
The person is eligible for 15 days Casual leave and 5 days Optional Holidays in calendar year, 10 – Compensatory casual Leaves.
Note : The women individuals are eligible for 120 days maternity leave without paying the remuneration for the said period.
They are not eligible for Earn Leave/ Half pay leave.
Required Certificate particulars :
1. SSC or equivalent examination ( for date of Birth) 2. Intermediate examination or 10+ 2 examination 3. DGNM / B.Sc.(N) / M.Sc. (N) examination pass certificates (Provisional or Original Degree) 4. Marks memos of all the years of DGNM / B.Sc.(N) / M.Sc. (N) examination 5. Certificate of permanent registration in Andhra Pradesh Nursing & Midwives council should be enclosed. 6. Copy of the caste 7. Study certificates for the years 4th class to 10th class 8. Copy of the latest Physically Handicapped certificate 9. Relevant certificates in respect of candidates claiming Ex- Service man Quota 10. Crossed demand draft for Rs.500/- payment of fee. 11. One self addressed Cover size 12 X 26 cm with postal stamps for worth of Rs. 35/- and self addressed post card. 12. Work Experience certificate Work Experience in 300 beded Multi Speciality Hospital to be submitted for weightage marks.
