Telangana Contact Basis Panchayat Secretaries services Extension Guidelines. O R D E R:
1. In the G.O. 9th read above, orders were issued for continuation of the services of 18 Panchayat Secretaries, Gram Panchayat, who were appointed on Contract basis during the years 2003 and 2006 for a period of one year i.e. from 1-4-2015 to 31-3-2016 with the same terms and conditions as stipulated in G.O. 1st read above, by entering into fresh agreement for a period of one year and to follow the conditions stipulated in the G Os 4th , 5th , 6th and 7th read above in addition to the conditions in the GO 1st read above.
2. In the GO 11th read above , orders were issued regularising the services of these contract Panchayat Secretaries, Gram Panchayat.
3. The Director, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Telangana, Hyderabad in her letter 10th read above has requested the Government to extend the orders for continuation of services of Panchayat Secretaries for a period of one year i.e. from 1.4.2016 to 31.3.2017, appointed on contract basis from open market as per the G.Os 1st and 2nd read above.
4. Government after careful examination of the proposal of the Director, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Telangana, Hyderabad, hereby accord.
Permission to continue (18) Panchayat Secretaries who were appointed on Contract basis during the years 2003 and 2006 for further period from 1-4-2016 to the date they join duty as Panchayat Secretaries on regular basis, as per the GO 11th read above, with the same terms and conditions as stipulated in G.O. 1st read above.
5. The Director, PR&RE, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
6. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per the orders issued in the reference 7th read above.
