ORDER:
In Government letter 1st read above, M/s EMESCO BOOKS, Hyderabad was requested for printing and supply of 10,000 copies Form – 17 A ( English ) Register of Voters (2015), (144 pages)as for the specifications and rates given in General Elections, 2014 and supply to this office immediately on credit basis and furnish the bills for payment. Accordingly, the firm has printed and supplied the material and sent bill for an amount of Rs.3,12,700/- towards the cost of printing and supply of Form – 17 A (English ) Register of Voters (2015) on credit basis and requested for payment.
2. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.3,12,700/- (Rupees Three lakhs twelve thousand and seven hundred only) to M/s EMESCO BOOKS, Hyderabad towards the cost of printing and supply of Form – 17 A (English ) Register of Voters (2015).
3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections – MH 103-preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls – S.H.(04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies – 210 – Materials and Supplies / 211 – Supplies and Materials” and shall be met from out of the additional funds provide vide G.O.2nd read above.
4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 2 above, and credit in favour of “M/s EMESCO BOOKS, Hyderabad” A/c No.62399325740, Current Account, State Bank of Hyderabad, Domalguda Branch, Hyderabad, IFSC Code:SBHY 0021216, PAN No.AACFE 1210E.
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders issued vide G.O. 2nd read above.
