Schools Surprisingly visit Minister, MLA, MLC and Other Instruction
పాఠశాలల్లో ఆకస్మిక తనిఖీలు చేసే అధికారాన్ని మంత్రులు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలకు కల్పిస్తూ విద్యాశాఖ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. ఆ మేరకు స్కూలు లో వసతులు, రికార్డులు పరిశీలించేందుకు ప్రజాప్రతినిధులకు అవకాశం కల్పించింది. పాఠశాలల్లో నిర్దేశిత ప్రమాణాల మేరకు అన్ని సౌకర్యాలు సరిగా ఉండేలా ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు చర్యలు తీసుకునేందుకు క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో ఆదేశాలు ఇవ్వాలని డీవైఈవోలు, ఎంఈవోలకు ఉన్నతాధికారులు సూచనలు చేశారు. ఉత్తర్వుల అమలులో నిర్లక్ష్యం వహించేవారిపై సీసీఏ నిబంధనల ప్రకారం చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని హెచ్చరించారు. గౌరవ M.P, M.LA. లు మన పాఠశాలలను surprise గా visit చేయబోతున్నారు. వారికి పాఠశాల లోని అన్ని record లు పరిశీలించే అధికారాలు కల్పించిన విద్యాశాఖ.

With reference to subject above, all the Mandal Educational Officers and Deputy Educational Officers in the District are informed that, the Hon’ble Ministers, MLAS, MLCS, and Officials Of Department is going to be Visit Schools Surprisingly.
Hence, instructed to issue the following instructions to the Headmasters of the Schools their mandal/ Division.
1. School premises should be neat and clean
2. Every teacher shall have Lesson plan and Dairy
3. Each student having text books and Uniform
4. Toilets having running water facility and to be maintained cleanly.
5. Drinking water facility also provided to the Students.
6. All registers maintained
7. Serve MDM in hygiene way to the Students.
8. MDM Registers to be maintained regularly
9. DCR and VCR condition and usage report
10. Marks Register
11. Valued Answer scripts all FAs and SAs
12. CCE Grading Registers.
Display the following in the school premises.
1.School Time Table.
2.Teacher wise Time Table
3. Class wise Time Table
4. Institutional Plan
5. MDM Menu
6. Child Cabinet.
7. Vision of the School.
8 Health Club.
9. SMC Members.
10.Class and Caste wise strength particulars.

Therefore, all the Mandal Educational Officers and Deputy Educational Officers are requested to visit the schools and issue instructions to all the Headmasters of their mandal/ devison followed scrupulously. If any deviation found necessary action should be initiated against them as per CCA rules.
