One of the core objectives of Samagra Shiksha is to provide access to the school age children to the schooling and ensure that 100 % enrolment is attained . It is a proven fact that one of the main impediments of education for all is poverty . The poorer sections of the society are not able to ensure that their children are enrolled in schools nor they attend the schools regularly . All other incentives entitlements such as textbooks , uniform , quality learning material would be able to contribute for the improvement in the learning outcomes once the child attends the school .

In the reference 2nd read above orders have been issued to APCO to procure and supply two pairs uniform cloth and one pair of stitched uniform to 29 , 66 , 021 students of classes 1 to 8th for the academic year 2019 – 20 . Accordingly , APCO has commenced the procurement of Uniform and supplies to the schools through the MEOs concerned in the State . For the two pair of uniforms , stitching charges are to be given the students @ of 80/ , @ of 40/ each.
