6-year integrated B.Tech programme offered by Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) includes the following courses:

1. B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)
2. B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
3. B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)

RGUKT IIIT Basar B.Tech Admissions Eligibility Details

1. Nationality: Candidates must be of Indian nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders.
2. Age Limit: Candidates should be born on or after January 1, 2003. There is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
3. Educational Qualifications:
   • Candidates should have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent from a recognized board.
   • They should have also passed the Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks (for OC/BC categories) or 55% marks (for SC/ST categories).
   • The qualifying examination should have been completed in the academic year 2025-2026.
   • Candidates should have studied Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects in the Intermediate examination.
4. Local/Non-Local Status: Candidates must satisfy the local/non-local status requirements as per the norms specified by the government of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh.
5. Admission Test: Candidates are selected based on their performance in the AP RGUKT CET (Common Entrance Test) conducted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.

Candidates should not have completed 18 years of age as (21 years in case of students belonging to SC and ST categories).

Annual Fee for the RGUKT IIIT Basar B.Tech

a) The annual tuition price for candidates who attended schools in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh is Rs. 37,000 (this includes Rs. 500 for each semester’s examination fee).

b) Students who qualify for tuition fee reimbursement under the policies established by their state governments need not pay the tuition. Eligible students are those whose parents’ combined annual income is less than Rs. 1.0 lakh for non-SC/ST students and Rs. 2.0 lakh for SC/ST students, as well as those who meet all other requirements outlined in the most recent government regulations.

c) Each student is required to pay a registration fee of Rs. 1,000 (Rs. 500 for SC/ST candidates), a Rs. 2,000 refundable caution deposit, and Rs. At the time of admission, all students must pay a total of Rs. 3,500 (Rs. 3,000 in the case of SC/ST candidates) for the first two years, or approximately $500 each year.
