Now, therefore, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub rule (5) of rule 8 of the AP (CCA) Rules, 1991, hereby revoke the said order of suspension, with immediate effect and reinstate him into service, pending finalization of the enquiry. 3.
