3. G.O.Ms.No.370, Finance (PC.III) Department,dt:30.12.2010.
4. D.O.P.-11012/1/2015 – WC dated:07.07.2015 of Ministry of State(Independent Charge), Labour& Employment, Government of India.
5. G.O.Ms.No.180, Finance (HRM.I) Department, dt:17.10.2016.
6. G.O.Ms.No.75, Finance (HRM.I) Department, dt:10.09.2019.

ORDER:

1. In the reference 6th read above, Government have fixed the minimum wages to the categories of Casual Labour/Daily wage worker, Full time contingent worker/ Consolidated Pay worker and Part time worker as indicated below:

Old Remuneration fixed the minimum wages

Casual Labour/ Daily wage worker : Rs.300/-per day
Full time contingent worker/ Consolidated Pay worker : Rs.8,000/-per month
Part-time worker : Rs.4,000/-per month

2. Government, have reviewed the matter and hereby order to revise the wages to the categories of Casual Labour/Daily wage worker, Full time contingent worker/Consolidated Pay worker and Part time worker, as indicated below:
