NTRUHS – PGMET – 2016 Notification and Online Applications , NTR University of Health Science MDS Degree Courses for the academic year 2016-17 ,
Application forms through online are invited from eligible
candidates to appear for Computer Based (Online) Entrance Test for admission
into Post Graduate Medical (MD/ MS/ Diploma) and MDS Degree Courses for the
academic year 2016-17 for the seats under Competent Authority quota in the
Colleges affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, AP.
NTRUHS Procedure for submission of filled in online Application
The candidate should submit the print-out of the filled-in Online application
form along with the copies of required certificates attested by Gazetted
officer either by post or in person on or before 20.01.2016.

Date and Time of Computer based (Online) Entrance Test:
PG Medical Courses (MD/ MS/ Diploma) on: 28-02-2016.
MDS Degree Courses on: 06-03-2016.
Keep all the following documents required:
(a) Date of Birth Certificate. (SSC or its equivalent
certificate)
(b) Study Certificates from 1st BDS to final BDS.
(c) In case of candidates from Government Dental College,
Vijayawada, Government Dental College, Hyderabad, Army Dental College, Secunderabad. Study certificates from 6th class to
Intermediate / 12th standard.
(d) In case of candidates obtained BDS or equivalent Degree
from outside the State of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana / India, 10 years
residence certificate of father/mother/spouse issued by Competent
Authority indicating years of residence and other relevant certificates if any as
per Presidential order in support of eligibility.
(e) All marks memos from 1st BDS to final BDS.
(f) Scanned Photo.(80 kb in size)
(g) Scanned Signature.
(h) Category certificate if applicable.
(i) Internship certificate
(j) Dental Council Registration Certificate.
(k) Differently abled (PH) certificate if applicable
