ఉద్యోగులు తమ పిల్లల బాగోగులు చూసుకునేందుకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం చైల్డ్ కేర్ లీవ్ మంజూరు చేస్తూ గతంలో జారీ చేసిన ఉత్తర్వులలో పిల్లల వయస్సుపై ఉన్న గరిష్ఠ పరిమితిని ఎత్తివేస్తూ జి.ఓ. నెం.70, ఆర్థిక శాఖ, తేది: 15-12-2025ను జారీ చేసింది.
పిల్లల గరిష్ఠ వయోపరిమితి తొలగించబడినందువల్ల, మహిళా ఉద్యోగులు మరియు ఉపాధ్యాయులు తమ పిల్లల సంరక్షణ కోసం అవసరమైన సమయంలో ఈ సెలవును సులభంగా వినియోగించుకోవచ్చు.
చైల్డ్ కేర్ లీవ్ – చరిత్ర
ఆరవ వేతన సవరణ సంఘం సిఫారసుల మేరకు 2008లో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం మహిళా ఉద్యోగులకు రెండు సంవత్సరాల చైల్డ్ కేర్ లీవ్ మంజూరు చేసింది. దాని ప్రభావంతో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం కూడా కొన్ని షరతులతో 60 రోజులు చైల్డ్ కేర్ లీవ్ను అనుమతించింది.
60 రోజుల నుండి 180 రోజుల వరకు
తరువాత జి.ఓ. నెం.33 (08-03-2022) ద్వారా ఈ సెలవును 60 రోజుల నుండి 180 రోజులకు పెంచారు. ఈ ఉత్తర్వుల ద్వారా ఒంటరి పురుష ఉద్యోగులకు కూడా ఈ సౌకర్యాన్ని కల్పించారు.
విడతల పరిమితి సడలింపు
మునుపు మూడు విడతలకు మాత్రమే పరిమితం చేసిన చైల్డ్ కేర్ లీవ్ను జి.ఓ. నెం.199 (19-10-2022) ద్వారా మొత్తం సర్వీసులో 10 విడతలలో వినియోగించుకునే అవకాశం కల్పించారు.
వయోపరిమితి తొలగింపు
ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల అభ్యర్థన మేరకు జి.ఓ. నెం.36 (16-03-2024) ద్వారా వయోపరిమితి అంశంపై స్పష్టత వచ్చింది. చివరగా GO 70 (15-12-2025) ద్వారా పిల్లల వయస్సుతో సంబంధం లేకుండా చైల్డ్ కేర్ లీవ్ను రిటైర్మెంట్ వరకు వినియోగించుకోవచ్చని ప్రభుత్వం స్పష్టం చేసింది.
