Note: Items 1 to 5 relate to buildings particulars, items 6 and 7 relate to household
particulars (for census house used wholly or partly as a residence), items 8 to 10 relate to head of the household and items 9 to 31 relate only to
normal household of which items 23, 24, 26, 27, 28 and 29 relate to the
assets of the household.

S.O.119 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 and section 17
A of the Census Act, 1948 (37 of 1948) read with rule 6A of the Census Rules,
1990, the Central Government hereby declares that the house listing operations of
the Census of India 2021 shall take place from the 1st April, 2020 to the 30th
September, 2020 in India.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Census Act, 1948 (37 of 1948), the Central Government hereby instructs that all Census Officers may, within the limits of the local areas for which they have been respectively appointed, ask all such questions from all persons on the items enumerated below for collecting information through the houselisting and housing census schedules in connection with the Census of India 2021, namely:

జనగణన 2021 కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా నివాస గృహాలకు సంబంధించిన సమాచారమూ సేకరించాలని కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రిత్వశాఖ నిర్ణయించింది. దీనిలో భాగంగా 31 అంశాలతో కూడిన సమాచార సేకరణ పత్రాన్ని రూపొందించింది. ఈ మేరకు రాజపత్రాన్ని పునర్ముద్రించాలని సాధారణ పరిపాలనశాఖ గురువారం ఉత్తర్వులిచ్చింది. ఇందులో నివాసం, కుటుంబం, సాంకేతికత వినియోగం, వాహన వివరాలనూ సేకరిస్తారు. ఆహారంగా ఏరకమైన ధాన్యం తీసుకుంటారనే ప్రశ్ననూ ఇందులో పొందుపరచడం గమనార్హం.
♦హైదరాబాద్లోనే జనగణన డైరెక్టరేట్
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో జనగణనకు సంబంధించి ప్రత్యేక డైరెక్టరేట్ ఏర్పాటైనా మరే రాష్ట్రంలోనూ లేని విధంగా కార్యాలయం హైదరాబాద్లోని కోఠికే పరిమితమైంది. రాష్ట్రంలో ఏప్రిల్ 1 నుంచి జనగణన మొదలు కానుంది. దీన్ని పర్యవేక్షించాల్సిన జనగణన కార్యకలాపాల డైరెక్టరేట్ హైదరాబాద్ను వీడి రానంటోంది. అక్కడ నుంచే ఉత్తర ప్రత్యుత్తరాలను సాగిస్తోంది. క్షేత్ర స్థాయి సిబ్బందికి ఏవైనా సందేహాలు తలెత్తినా, ఏ అవసరమున్నా హైదరాబాద్లోని కార్యాలయంతోనే సంప్రదింపులు చేయాల్సి వస్తోంది.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో చేపట్టే జనగణన(సెన్సెస్), సిటిజన్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ డైరెక్టర్గా 2006 బ్యాచ్ ఐఏఎస్ అధికారి ఎస్.సత్యనారాయణను నియమిస్తూ కేంద్ర సిబ్బంది వ్యవహారాలశాఖ గురువారం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం సిఫార్సు మేరకు ఆయనను నియమిస్తున్నట్లు పేర్కొంది. 2023 మార్చి 31వరకు ఆయన ఈ పదవిలో కొనసాగుతారని స్పష్టం చేసింది.
