APOSS SSC/ Inter Admission 2024-2025 Open 10th Online Application submission, fee due dates: The AP State Open School shall provide ample access to sustainable learner-centric quality school education, skill up gradation, and training to learners by using innovative technologies and methodologies of Open and Distance Learning (ODL). APOSS will provide opportunities for continuing education to those who have missed opportunities to complete school and development education; and two other children/persons desirous of pursuing school-level education through open and distance learning (ODL) mode by offering courses and programs of general education, life enrichment, and vocational education up to pre-degree level. The AP Open School Admissions 2024 in the following districts with financial assistance from the government of India. The districts covered by APOSS is Nellore, Chittoor, Nizamabad, Medak, Visakhapatnam, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Prakasam, Ananthapur, Kurnool, Cuddapah, Mahaboobnagar, Warangal, Ranga Reddy, Krishna, Guntur, Khammam, Nalgonda, Adilabad, Karimnagar, Hyderabad, West Godavari & East Godavari.

Procedure for Admission

1. The candidates who passed the SSC/Secondary course and Intermediate/XII Class failed candidates of other Boards can join in Intermediate.
2. A maximum of 200 learners can be admitted to an Accredited Institution (AI) for SSC and Intermediate respectively. Enrolment shall be made on a first come first serve basis.
3. Science candidates should be admitted to Jr. Colleges only. The maximum intake of learners is 80 for Science subject combinations.
4. Admission of learners will be made through Accredited Institutions (AIs). Admission is open to one and all. The details of dates for issue of application cum Prospectus etc.

How to pay Admission Fee

The required admission fee should be paid through Mee Seva and submit the receipt to the AI coordinator at the study center. Please keep a copy of the registered application as proof of provisional admission and fee payment.

Open School will not be responsible if the request for admission is not considered on account of insufficient payment of fee if made with the AI or if no seat is available with the AI.

Admission Process and ON-LINE Registration

The learner has to obtain a Prospectus cum Application Form free of cost from the Accredited Institute (Study Centre) of their choice.
Go through the Prospectus thoroughly. After satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respects, fill in Two sets of Application Form (Original and Duplicate), in the Prospectus at Appendix-A & B.
After scrutinizing the application thoroughly, the AI Coordinator shall attest applications

APOSS Admission fee:

Admission fees are payable for SSC and Inter as for the following. Do not pay any additional amount of money for admission other than specified.

i) Admission Fee for SSC:

For General category candidates: Rs.1550/-
For SC/ST/BC/Minority/women: Rs.1150/-

ii) Admission Fee for Intermediate:

Registration Fee Rs.200/-
Admission Fee for 5 Subjects Rs.1400/-
For Every Extra Subject Rs.200/-
Change of Subject Per Subject Rs. 150/-

Documents Required for APOSS Admission Application

Printout copy of the APOSS Admission Application form.
Original SSC Pass Certificate.
Original Intermediate failed memo, in case of discontinuation.
Caste Certificate issued by Tahsildar.
Residence Certificate.
3 Pass Port Size Photographs

Documents Required to apply for AP Open 10th Admission 2024

TC/Record Sheet of previous qualification/ proof of date of birth.
Two attested Xerox copies of caste certificates issued by MRO/ Tahsildar in the case of claiming fee concession.
2 sets of attested Xerox copies in the case of claiming PHC/Ex-Servicemen concession.
3 passport-size color photos.
Residence certificate in case of candidates from the other states.
Original SSC failed memo in case of claiming TOC along with two Xerox copies.
