AP GO 26 Repayment of installment of Principal and interest on the loans obtained from HUDCO : AP HOUSING DEPARTMENT – Weaker Sections Housing Programme –Repayment of installment of Principal and interest on the loans obtained from HUDCO – Administrative Sanction for Rs.17,73,51,000/-Accorded – Orders – Issued.

In the letter 1st read above, the Commissioner, Weaker Section Housing Programme, Hyderabad has requested the Government to issue necessary administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.17,73,51,000/- towards repayment of instalment of Principal and interest to HUDCO for the period ending i.e, 31.03.2016. The Finance (EBS.XII) Department have issued B.R.O. for an amount of Rs.17,73,51,000/- under Non- Plan in the G.O. 2nd read above.
2. In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above, Governmenthereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.17,73,51,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Crores Seventy Three lakhs Fifty One thousand only) towards repayment of instalment of Principal and interest on the loans obtained from HUDCO for the Quarter ending by 31.03.2016
3. The amount sanctioned in para (2) above, shall be debited to the following Head of account. The proforma containing the details of the loan is appended to this order.
“6216 – Loans for Housing 03 – Rural Housing MH 190 – Loans to public sector & other undertakings SH(04) – Repayment of loans to financial institutions 001 – Loans to A.P. State Housing Corporation”
4. The procedure of drawal of funds is Loan Bill. The drawing officer is the Assistant Secretary to Government, Finance Department. The Assistant Secretary to Government, Finance Department is authorized to draw an amount of Rs.17,73,51,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Crores Seventy Three lakhs Fifty One thousand only) and transfer an amount of Rs.5,24,34,182/- through online payment in favour of HUDCO and disburse an amount of Rs.12,49,16,818/- to the MD., APSHCL, Hyderabad by way of online payment so as to enable the MD., APSHCL to payment other Commercial Banks and National Housing Bank.
