Take thumb scan in biometric scanner (Thumb registering in Aadhaar Card )
Once scanning is done, all the linked bank accounts of the consumer will be displayed.
And you will have to select from which bank account payment has to be made.
Once bank is selected and fingerprint is successfully authenticated,
Finally, Money will be automatically debited from your chosen bank account
“This app can be used by a person to make payments without any phone,” Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) CEO.
Basic requirements for Aadhaar Payment App :
You need to have Aadhaar number.
Aadhaar number should be linked to your bank account.
At the time of payment, person / consumer should be present ( for thumb scanning )

Individuals can download the app from android store from this link from 25th December 2016.

Merchants need to download the Aadhaar cashless merchant app on their smartphones, which they have to connect with a biometric reader. The biometric reader is currently available for Rs 2,000.
