Service Rendered Points:-
All Teachers get 0.041 points for Every Completed Month of their Service.
How To Calculate Service Points for TS Teachers Transfers 2025
Example:
Date of first Appointment : 15th August, 2008
Date of Joining in the Present School : 14th February, 2015
12 years 10 Months of Total Service Completed
If the Service is 12 years and 10 Months ( Every Year 0.5 Point)
12 Year X 0.5 Points = 6 Points
10 Months X 0.0416 Points= 0.416 Points
Total Service Points = 6+0.416= 6.416 Points
How To Calculate Category ( HRA) Places Points for Transfers 2023
20% & Above – HRA ( Cat. 1 ) : 1 Point (Yearly)
14.5% HRA ( Cat. 2 ) : 2 Point (Yearly)
12% HRA ( Cat. 3 ) : 3 Point (Yearly)
No Transport – HRA 12% ( Cat. 4 ) : 5 Point (Yearly)
Example :
3 years 4 Months Service Completed in Present School as on 30-06-2023
III Category ( 12% HRA) of Place Points
3 Years x 3 Point= 9 Points
4 Months X 0.25 points = 1 Point
Category Total Points : 10 Points
Total Points = 6.416 Service Points + 10 Category of Place Points = 16.416 Entitle Points
Preferential Categories Points for Teachers Transfers :
The following categories shall take precedence in the seniority list, in the order given below, irrespective of their entitlement points.
Rationalization Points : 10 Points
Special Category ( Un Married/ Widow/ Any Health Diseases ) : 6 Points
Availing Spouse Points : 6 Points
Gr.II HM/ Teacher who is working NCC Officer/ Bharat Scout : 2 Points
Willing to Working in Agency/ Tribal Area ( Category IV ) : 2 Points
Union President or Secretary of State or District : 6 Points
