Reservation standards for DOST 2023

Here is the information about category-wise reservation percentages commonly observed in seat allotment processes:

  1. SC (Scheduled Caste): 15% reservation
  2. ST (Scheduled Tribe): 6% reservation
  3. OBC (Other Backward Classes): 29% reservation
  4. NCC, Games, wards of ex-servicemen & armed personnel, extra-curricular: 4% reservation
  5. Physically Challenged: 3% reservation
