Instructions to Follow the Examination
- Question papers will be safely stored at the MRC.
- To preserve and draw the confidential material, form a three-man committee consisting of Mandal Education Officers (MEOs) 1 and 2, as well as one school complex headmaster.
- They will be the guardians of the preserved papers.
- Question paper bundles will be distributed to the respective schools only one hour before the start of the examination in each session.
- HM and MEOs are responsible for ensuring the integrity of the question papers. They, together with Cluster Resource Persons (CRPs), should visit schools during exam hours to ensure that the exams are running efficiently and fairly.
- In the event of an unpleasant incident, HMs, MEOs, and CRPs should quickly notify the higher authority.
MEOs and CRPs should prioritize surveillance. - MEOs and CRPs should oversee Examination practices in both private and Government-Run Schools.
- All HMs in the State should alter their 100-Day Action plans in Accordance with the Grand Test Schedule Supplied.
- As a Result, All Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers are Requested to Take The Appropriate Action. Any Deviations identified in the procedure will be Taken Seriously.
