Selection Criteria for WCD Bihar Notification 2022
Selection to the posts of Counsellor is completely based on the performance of the candidates in the written test/ Viva-voce.
Important Points regarding Written test/ Interview:
All the candidates who had applied for Sub Assistant Engineer (Civil/ Electrical) must attend for screening test as shortlisting process
Examination will be held at different Examination Centres of Bihar State
Candidates will be shortlisted to examination based on the number of applications received and their academic performance
Marks obtained in the screening test will be added to the final interview process/ personality test.
Shortlisted candidates in the examination will be called for Viva-Voce.
Final merit list is prepared based on their performance in the written test and interview.
If two or more candidates will secure same marks in the examination. Then their shortlisting will depends upon the seniority of date of birth of both the candidates.
About Exam Pattern:
The selection shall be done through a 3 stage process, which includes written / computer based test, Group Discussion and interview. The weightage of written/ computer based test shall be 60%, group discussion shall be 10% and for interview shall be 30%.
The required supporting documents/mark sheet/certificates/ID Proof/cast certificate shall be brought during the time of interview in form of photocopy & original. The original will be returned back immediately after verification.
WCDC reserves the right to cancel this recruitment process, fully or partially, at any stage at its discretion.
Positions under WCDC are offered on contract basis for 3-5 years. There would be a probation period of (06) six months.
Renewal of contract would be annually, subject to the performance of the employee.
The contractually engaged staff shall have no legal claim to regular absorption either during or
after the period of contract.
The final appointment will be based on the decision of the selection committee constituted for
the purpose.
