12 Year X 0.5 Points = 6 Points
10 Months X 0.0416 Points= 0.416 Points
Total Service Points = 6+0.416= 6.416 Points
How to Calculate Category ( HRA) Places Points for Transfers 2023
20% & Above – HRA ( Cat. 1 ) : 1 Point (Yearly)
14.5% HRA ( Cat. 2 ) : 2 Point (Yearly)
12% HRA ( Cat. 3 ) : 3 Point (Yearly)
No Transport – HRA 12% ( Cat. 4 ) : 5 Point (Yearly)

3 years 4 Months Service Completed in Present School as on 30-06-2023
III Category ( 12% HRA) of Place Points
3 Years x 3 Point= 9 Points
4 Months X 0.25 points = 1 Point
Category Total Points : 10 Points
Total Points = 6.416 Service Points + 10 Category of Place Points = 16.416 Entitle Points
Preferential Categories Points for Teachers Transfers :
The following categories shall take precedence in the seniority list, in the order given below, irrespective of their entitlement points.
