Rc 3804, Full Additional Charge(FAC) arrangements to the post of MEOs by the senior Head Master, Issuing certain clarifications. As per the present guidelines all RJD/DEO are instructed keep senior HM of the Mandal as Full Additional Charge(FAC) to the vacant post of Mandal Educational Officer(MEO) where junior Headmasters having Full Additional Charge to the post Mandal Educational Officer. Rc No.3804/Ser.IV-2/2015 Dt: 18/15/2015 the arrangements of Full Additional Charges is as follows.

As per the present Rc 3804, the senior most Head Master in the mandal has to perform duties as Mandal Educational Officer(MEO), Concerned DEO/RJD has to take necessary action in arranging the FAC to the Senior Head Masters.
The attention of all the District Educational Officers(DEO)/RJDs of School Education in the Telangana State are noticed that it is brought to notice that certain Junior Headmasters are having Full Additional Charge(FAC) to the post of MEOs where senior most Headmasters are working in the same Mandal who have been transferred/joined in the 2015 teachers and HMs transfer counselling in Telangana.
In this regard , all the DEOs/RJDs of School Education in the state are informed to keep senior HM of the Mandal as Full Additional Charge to the post of Mandal Educational Officer where junior Headmasters having Full Additional Charge to the post Mandal Educational Officer duly following the norms.
