#Telangana G.O.RT.No. 209, Date.20-07-2015.Government have decided to continue the posts of 2 Data Entry Operators for a further period from 01-07-2015 to 30-06-2016, Out sourcing basis, on payment of remuneration, outsourcing guidelines, Payment of Rs.9,500/- per month

1. The G.O. 5th read above, the Finance (HRM.I) Department have issued orders that the services of those persons working on contract/outsourcing basis on June 02, 2014, with the prior approval of the Finance Department, who are covered by the orders in the references 1st, 3rd & 4th read above and are assigned to the State of Telangana in terms thereof, be extended until further orders or till the actual need ceases, whichever is earlier, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the reference 1st read above.
2. Keeping in view of the above, Government have issued orders in 6th read above, to continue the existing incumbents against the posts of 2 Data Entry Operators for a further period from 01-07-2014 to 30-06-2015 or till the actual need ceases, whichever is earlier on out sourcing basis, on payment of Rs.9,500/- per month, duly following the outsourcing guidelines scrupulously.
3. After bifurcation of the State, no full fledged staff allotted to this Department. Due to exigency of work and as the period of the above incumbents will expire on 30-06-2015, extension of the services of the 2 Data Entry Operators are necessary for day to day running of this Department.
4.  The Government after careful examination of the matter and keeping in view of the orders issued in G.O. 5th read above, Government have decided to continue the existing incumbents against the posts of 2 Data Entry Operators for a further period from 01-07-2015 to 30-06-2016 or till the actual need ceases, whichever is earlier on out sourcing basis, on payment of remuneration, duly following the outsourcing guidelines scrupulously.

 The expenditure shall be debited to Head of AccountAccount

 “2251 – Secretariat Social Services – 090 Secretariat – S.H. (17) Backward Classes Welfare Department – 300 Other Contractual Services”.

1.  The outsourcing agency i.e. M/s.Jyothi Computer Services, Hyderabad shall come into agreement with the BC Welfare Department for providing necessary outsourcing services for the posts mentioned in this G.O.
2.  This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per their G.O. Ms. No. 13, Finance (HRM.I) Department, dt. 01.07.2014
