• This section measures the ability to demonstrate proficiency in enabling English skills such as grammar and vocabulary in contexts.

Instructions for Head Masters / Teachers

All the Headmasters and Teachers should ensure that:

• TOEFL practice should be given every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. In the case of the Second Saturday, it may be conducted on Friday of the week.
• Question papers / Practice papers and audio clips for practicing and testing are provided to Smart TVs / IFPs through Mobile Device Management (MDM) app to display and practice them as many times as possible.
• All District Educational Officers (DEOs), Deputy Educational Officers (Dy.EOs), and Mandal Educational Officers (MEOs) are instructed to send the proceedings as per the given guidelines to implement the TOEFL in all Government Management Schools where Smart TVs / IFPs are available.
• All Monitoring Officers should observe the TOEFL practice classes during their visits.
