All District Educational Officers in the State are urged to pay close attention to the reference first read above, in which it was mandated that eligible and senior SGTS fill the 5.809 open School Assistant positions while also paying Subject Teachers Allowance of Rs. 2,500 per month, until promotions are made in accordance with the guidance provided by the Honourable High Court in pending Writ Petitions.
