“1st Week : 8th May to 12th May 2023 – Census Updation”
Conduct of meeting with Dy. Eos / Sectoral officers/ MEOS by DEO and APC. School Enrolment & School Preparedness Activities
1. Conduct of meeting with Dy.E.Os/ Sectoral officers/ MEOs by DEO
and APC.
2. Conduct of meeting with Primary Headmasters/ CRPs/ teachers by Dy.E.Os/ Sectoral officers/ MEOs and High School teachers by High School Head Masters.
3. Census Updation of school age children as per the guidelines – (A)
Activities and Participants:
- Updation of the school Age Children Census Register
- Teachers, Anganwadi Teachers, Village/ ward volunteers, Education and welfare Assistants and ANMS
- Village/ School Complex/ Mandal Division/ District level list
“2nd Week: (15th May to 19th May 2023) – Enrolment Drive”
Conduct rallies to Mobilize the Public. Display the list of school age children
- Participants include the Parents Committee, the Respective Public Representatives, the Ward Members/Ward Councilors/Corporations, and the Education and Welfare Assistant.
- Conducting a parent-teacher conference with the help of the Parents Committee, the Sarpanch, ward members, ward counselors, corporate representatives, and the appropriate public officials following enrolment by the headmaster.
Specific Activities
Show a list of attendees who are kids in school.
- Creating and displaying banners and posters at key locations in the village that highlight educational initiatives including MBNN, JVK, MDM, AMMA VADI, and others.
- Hold rallies to get people involved.
- Determining which children who have finished Anganwadi programmes and are 5 years old should enroll in local schools.
- The Foundation School Identification of Students who have Completed Second Grade and are Ready to Enroll in Third Grade at Surrounding Schools.
- The Identification of 5th Grade graduates in the primary school who wish to enroll in the sixth grade at adjacent pre-high or high schools.
- Identification of Pre High School students who have Finished the 7th or 8th grade and are interested in enrolling in the 8th or 9th grade at local high schools
“III week (22nd to 26th May) Data consolidation of outgoing children as per the Guidelines”
Data consolidation of outgoing children refers to the process of collecting and consolidating information about the students who are leaving a particular educational institution, such as a school or college. This information is usually collected towards the end of the academic year and is used for various purposes such as generating transfer certificates, academic transcripts, and other relevant documents.
Here are the guidelines for data consolidation of outgoing Children:
- Create a list of outgoing students: Create a list of all the students who are leaving the institution at the end of the academic year. This list should include details such as the student’s name, class, roll number, and date of leaving.
- Collect academic records: Collect the academic records of the outgoing students, including their report cards, progress reports, and other relevant documents. This information will be used to generate academic transcripts and other documents required by the students.
- Collect personal information: Collect personal information about the outgoing students, such as their contact details, addresses, and any other relevant information that may be required for future communication.
- Generate transfer certificates: Generate transfer certificates for the outgoing students based on the information collected. Transfer certificates should include details such as the student’s name, date of birth, class, and the reason for leaving the institution.
- Maintain confidentiality: Ensure that the personal and academic information of the outgoing students is kept confidential and is only shared with authorized personnel.
“4th Week: 29th May to 2nd June 2023 – Dropouts List Consolidation”
- Preparation of the list of never enrolled/ dropouts/ child Labour identified during enrollment drive.
- Take up a special enrolment drive to enroll such children into RSTC/ NRSTC / regular schools in age-appropriate classes.
- Submission of consolidated report and list of children to the MEO for further necessary action.

A) Census Updation of school age children in the catchment area of respective schools
- Updation of the school age children census register with the help of teachers, Anganwadi teachers, Village/ ward volunteers, Education and welfare assistants and ANMs by the headmaster.
- Preparation of school age children list, age-wise, gender-wise and category-wise.
- Share the consolidated data to the respective CRPs to consolidate Village/ School Complex/Mandal level-list.
- Submission of the final mandal level list by MEO to the respective DEO.
- List out Anganwadies in the jurisdiction of School Complex.
