The Government vide reference cited, ordered for deduction of one-day Basic pay from the salaries for the month of September 2024 payable on 1 October 2024, based on representations of certain employee associations. Whereas deduction from my salary without my consent’s unlawful and I have never consented or authorized on my behalf in this regard, I would prefer to make my contribution directly to the CMRF account as provided by the Government of my choice.
In view of the above, I request that may be excluded in terms of Pare (4) at the GO, read above and NO deduction shall be made from my salary.
