Central Govt. Cancelled No detection system in states – నో డిటెన్షన్ విధానం రద్దు : Central Govt. Cancelled No detection system in states -Bill passed in Parlament. నో డిటెన్షన్ విధానం రద్దు. బిల్లుకు ఆమోదం తెలిపిన పార్లమెంటు, ఎనిమిదో తరగతిలోపు విద్యార్థులను ఇకపై ఫెయిల్ చేయొచ్చు, రాష్ర్టాలకు అధికారం కల్పించిన కేంద్రం. ఎనిమిదో తరగతి లోపు విద్యార్థులను ఫెయిల్ చేసేందుకు వీల్లేని నో డిటెన్షన్ విధానాన్ని రద్దు చేస్తూ పార్లమెంట్ సంబంధిత బిల్లును ఆమోదించింది. ఈ మేరకు చిన్నారుల ఉచిత నిర్భంద విద్యా హక్కు చట్టం(సవరణ) బిల్లు- 2019ని రాజ్యసభ గురువారం ఆమోదించింది. గతేడాది జూలైలోనే ఈ బిల్లును లోక్‌సభ ఆమోదించింది. దీని ప్రకారం ఎనిమిదో తరగతి లోపు పిల్లలు పరీక్షల్లో ఉత్తీర్ణులు కాకుంటే వారిని ఫెయిల్ చేయొచ్చు.

ఇది ఆయా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలపై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది. నో డిటెన్షన్ విధానం అమలుపై తమకు అధికారం ఇవ్వాలన్న 25 రాష్ర్టాల డిమాండ్ మేరకు ఈ బిల్లును ప్రవేశపెట్టినట్లు కేంద్ర మానవ వనరుల అభివృద్ధి శాఖ మంత్రి ప్రకాశ్ జవదేకర్ రాజ్యసభలో తెలిపారు. ఈ బిల్లు వల్ల డ్రాపౌట్లు పెరిగే అవకాశమేమీ లేదన్నారు.If students in 5th Class and 8th Class Annual examinations fail, they will be able to conduct the exam again in two months and give them another chance.
