British Council National Post Graduate Scholarship 2023. The British Council is offering eight scholarships to Tanzanian graduates who want to complete their postgraduate education in the UK and access future employment opportunities in the energy and related sectors.
The British Council National Post Graduate Scholarship, in collaboration with 49 UK universities, launched the GREAT Scholarships 2023 programme to help postgraduate students from Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam gain access to world-class UK higher education opportunities.
The British Council National Post Graduate Scholarship programme provides students pursuing one-year postgraduate study in the UK with a minimum of £10,000 in financial support. Students from England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland can apply for courses in a variety of subjects at the 49 institutions.

Criteria for Eligibility
To be considered for a GREAT scholarship, you must do the following:
- You must be a citizen of one of the following countries: Sri Lanka to Bangladesh for entry in January 2023, and Turkey, Malaysia, or Indonesia for entry in September 2023.
- Be classified as an international student for tuition fee purposes.
- Be self-sufficient.
- For students starting in January 2023 from Sri Lanka or Bangladesh, you must have a conditional or unconditional offer from Teesside University by 10 November 2022 for a postgraduate taught one-year master’s programme beginning in September 2023.
- For students starting in September 2023 from Turkey, Malaysia, or Indonesia, you must have a conditional or unconditional offer from Teesside University by 30 April 2023 for a postgraduate taught one-year master’s programme beginning in September 2023.
