Delhi University UG Courses Admission 2018
The Central University offers admissions to various undergraduate programmes through merit under the three-year UG programme structure. Delhi University 2018 Admission Form has been released by DU. You can apply online for DU Admission 2018-19 by entering details in the Admission form and paying fees. This year, DU will announce only five cutoff lists with the last list coming out on 12th July. Admissions under it will be completed by 14th July. The university will conduct central counseling for remaining seats in the undergraduate courses after the fifth cutoff list.

DU Admission Procedure 2018
Online Registration:
The candidates seeking admission to UG merit-based and entrance based programme must register through online registration.
Cut-offs:
The candidates are advised to check the centralized Admission Web Portal and respective college website for cut-offs for different programmes.
Selection of Colleges/Programmes:
The applicants who meet the required cut-off should log in to the UG admission portal into their individual account and select the college/programme where the applicant wishes to take admission and meets the desired cut-off criterion.
Verification of documents at Colleges:
The applicant must take a print out of the admission form along with the list of required documents/certificates and proceed to the respective college for verification of mark sheet/certificates, calculation of cut-off percentage depending on the programme/course.
Approval of admission:
The college will retain the certificates of the approved applicant in order to avoid multiple admissions. The certificates will remain with the colleges during the admission process. After this, the college will approve the admission on the UG admission portal. However, the colleges shall promptly return the documents in case of student withdraws/cancels the admission or student wishes to appear in counselling of any other university/ institute.
Online payment of Admission fee:
The applicant will be required to log-on to the UG admission portal to make the online Admission Fee payment through the available online payment options.

Delhi University BCom and BCom Honors Admissions 2018 will be on merit-basis only. Amidst speculations that the varsity may put BCom Honors admissions under Entrance-based list, DU has kept the same under Merit-based list, as earlier. Also, candidates applying for BCom Honors must have passed Mathematics in Class 12th from a recognized board.
Application fee:
The registration fee for undergraduate programmes is Rs 150 (non-refundable) for UR/OBC category of applicants. The fee for SC/ST/PwD is Rs. 75 (non-refundable). The registration fee for Sports (each category) and ECA (each category) is Rs 100.

Log on to https://ug.du.ac.in/app2k18/
Create a New Applicant account by clicking on New Registration and Enter your details and register
A screen will appear with the user’s registration account details. Save these details by clicking on the link “Click here to save this information for future reference”, which is a file, “Registration Detail.pdf” that can be saved on your laptop/mobile device.
Once registered, the applicant can now log on to the UG admission portal to complete the online registration form.
Enter your registered email id and password in the space provided and Complete the application form by typing in all the required information and Upload required documents and pay the fee.

Qualifying Exam: Candidates must pass their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board. Minimum Marks: The minimum marks are different for different courses. For B.Tech (Information technology & Mathematical Innovation), candidates have to secure minimum 60% marks (54% for OBC, 57% for PwD/ CW category & passing marks for SC/ST).
