1) 2 cups besan (gram flour)
2) 1 cup ghee (clarified butter)

6) 2 tablespoons chopped cashews

Procedure To Prepare Tirumala Laddu

  1. Heat the ghee in a large wok or kadhai over medium heat.
  2. Add the besan to the ghee and cook, stirring continuously, until the mixture turns golden brown and emits a nutty aroma.
  3. Remove the wok from heat and let the besan mixture cool to room temperature.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the powdered sugar, cardamom powder, almonds, and cashews.
  5. Add the sugar mixture to the besan mixture and mix well.
  6. Pinch off small portions of the mixture and roll them into small, round laddu balls.
  7. Store the laddu in an airtight container and serve as Prasadam.
