First, the witness (chosen by authorities) will manually count the parents/guardians and teachers in each classroom. The witness will then utilise their LEAP app login to verify and submit attendance data, including the manual count, for each class.
Mega PTM 2.0: Witness Attendance Recording Procedure
To ensure transparency and accountability during the Mega Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) on July 10th, 2025, each school must follow the structured procedure outlined below for witness-based attendance submission via the LEAP App Feed Back Form. Mega PTM 2.0 Class-wise Attendance forms
LEAP App Access and Verification
The witness must log in to the LEAP App using the credentials provided by the authorities.
Ensure the app is updated to version 3.1.5 or higher to access the latest features and forms.
Class-Wise Attendance Entry
Within the LEAP App, navigate to the class-wise attendance submission section.
Cross-check the manual count with the data displayed on the app dashboard.
Accurately enter the following information:
Total number of parents/guardians present
Total number of teachers present per class
Final Review and Submission \ Mega PTM 2.0 Class-wise Attendance forms
After completing the data entry for each class, review all fields to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Once verified, submit the class-wise attendance forms through the app.
This data will be used for official documentation and performance review of the Mega PTM 2.0 event.
