All DDOs must provide income tax information and proofs of savings for the financial year 2024-25 for employees whose salaries are taken in the month of February 2025, and they must provide the Following Certification:
1. I satisfied with the Real Deposits/Subscriptions/payments/Deductions Made by the Employee(s) under my Supervision, by Calling for such particulars/information as judge essential before allowing the aforesaid deductions, Income Tax DDO Declaration Pay Bill February 2025 Submission of Income Tax Details & Proof of savings for the Financial Year 2024-25.
2. Certified that the income tax of the employees whose salaries are drawn in this bill (February-2025 Month) has been recovered and who are subject to income tax.

4. Certified that if any discrepancy in income or erroneous income tax assessment is discovered at a later date, such employee(s) is/are liable to the Slab Rates for Income Tax 2025 Department, Government of India, for information on their income tax assessment.
