Government of Tribal Affairs TGT, PGT Recruitment 2024

The National Education Society for Tribal Students sponsored by the Ministry of Tribal Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) has released a recruitment notice for a number of positions. For TGT and PGT, Principal, and Vice-Principal positions, qualified applicants can apply online. For the recruitment of Eklavya Adarsh Residential School, applicants may submit an online form. Post wise EMRS Vacancies 2024

According to the 5th given reference, the NESTS given pair informed the District Level Committee, which is chaired by the relevant District Collector, of the clear guidelines for hiring guest teachers for EMR Schools.
A decision has been made to undertake the recruitment of skilled and experienced teachers in the cadres of PGT, TGT, PET, art teacher, and music teachers as visitors teachers in Ekalavya Model Residential Schools to the District Level Committee (DLC), which is led by the relevant District Collectors. This decision is based on the circumstances and the delegation of powers to the District Level Committee specified in the EMRS guidance documents. The NESTS in the DLC has the following official instructions for taking on the recruitment of and recruiting the guest faculty for the EMR School.

• District Magistrate / Collector / D&. Commissioner or nominee as
  Chairman;
  • Project Officer / District or Chief Education Officer
  • In charge of Academic matters State EMRS Society& or one Educationist member from DLC
  • Subject Experts
  • One EMRS Principal.
  In view of the restructuring of districts in the state of Andhra Pradesh, the following District Level Committees are constituted for take up the activity& of hiring Guest teachers for Ekalavya Model Residential Schools in their jurisdiction for the academic Year 2024 in a smooth manner and hire qualified teachers to teach CBSE syllabus until further orders.

Eligibility Criteria for Physical Education Teachers / Art Teacher and Music Teachers:

Regular  instructions:

The Member Convener shall circulate the file to the District Collector Concerned routed through the D&. Director TW / DSTWO and Project Officer concerned along with the following enclosures:

a. Operational guidelines communicated b& NESTS (Ref.1st).
b. Guidelines for engaging the Guest teachers for EMRSs communicated b& NESTS (Ref.5th).
c. Institution wise staffing pattern proposed b& the Secretary Gurukulam for the academic &ear 2024 and present working staff details and vacancy position.
1. The Chairman of, District Level Committee shall nominate the other officials as per their convenience.
2. Obtain the applications through online either taking the help of the NIC officials for the creation of a separate web application (or) through one. of the official e-mail with the approval of the Chairman, DLC.
3. Inform to the existing outsourcing staff working in EMRS for attending the Screening test for further continuation duly following the criteria and shall be converted as Guest faculty by paying the honorarium as prescribed by the NESTS.
4. The existing Outsourcing teaching staff working in other Gurukulam institutions who are willing shall also participate in the selection process. The selection of existing Outsourcing teachers shall be on merit only.
5. Issue press note for calling applications from the retired teachers and also qualified candidates with the approval of the Chairman, District Level Committee.
6. Prepare detailed guidelines, terms and conditions of selection of Guest teachers and upload in the Web application / display in the Office of the District Collector concerned / Project Officer, ITDA, D&. Director (TW) / DSTWOs of Non-ITDA districts and EMR Schools.
7. Ensure that, the entire process shall be completed b& the end of 10th August, 2024 without fail.
8.There is no roster system in selection of teachers as the& are engaged as guest faculty.
9.In view of Co. Education system under residential pattern in EMR Schools, maintain the equal ratio of male and female teachers in each EMR School.
10.Scrutinize of applications ma& also be entrusted to the Principals of other EMR Schools and prepare the subject wise selection list for calling to demo and interview.
11.Prepare separate list of retired teachers for conducting screening test allot the institutions as per their interest only.
12.Later prepare a separate merit lists for male and female candidates.
13.Displa& the merit list with the approval of the Chairman of DLC before conducting the Demo.
14.Specif& clearly that, the selection is only on Guest basis there is no right to claim for absorption / regularization.
15.Honorarium shall be paid through PFMS only to the selected candidates as per the guidelines communicated b& the NESTS hide ref.5th cited

Application Procedure for EKLAVYA MODEL RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL 2024 Online

Requirements for EMRS Recruitment

Minimum Qualification Required:

• TGT Posts:- Four years integrated degree course OR Bachelor’s Degree in the concerned subject/combination of subject and B.Ed. or equivalent degree and Pass in the State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II.
• PGT Posts:-Two Years Integrated Post Graduate Course OR Master’s Degree and B.Ed. or equivalent degree.
• Principal Posts:- Master Degree with B.Ed. and 10 Years Experience.
• Vice Principal Posts:- Master Degree with B.Ed. and 3 Years Experience.

Age Limit for Teachers Posts

The age limit for the Reserved Category is also relaxed as part of the EMRS Service Selection Exam, as detailed below.

• TGT is 35 Years
• PGT is 40 Years
• Vice Principal is 45 Years
• The Principal is 50 Years.
