In the month of April 2024, the Office of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh will release the AP DEECET 2024 notification, and DSE AP will invite online applications for category A seats (Convener Quota) from candidates who wish to enroll in a two-year TTC or Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) Course in government DIETs/District Institutes of Educational Training and private elementary teacher training institutions in the years 2024.

AP DEECET 2024: Important Dates

The Commissioner of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, will conduct the AP DEECET 2024 in May 2024. The application form for the Andhra Pradesh Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test will be available in March 2024. This exam will be held for applicants interested in pursuing a two-year D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) program at D.I.E.Ts (Government District Institutes of Education and Training) and other private elementary teacher education institutions. AP DEECET 2024 Application Form

The application form for the AP DEECET 2024 will be available in the first week 2024. The deadline for submitting an online application is the second week   . The candidates must first register for the examination. Applicants must fill out and submit the AP DEECET online application form on the official website, www.apdeecet.apcfss.in. Candidates are advised to include accurate information in their application forms; any errors discovered later in the process will result in the contender’s ineligibility. While applying for the exam, candidates need have a scanned copy of their recent photograph and autograph on hand.

How to Apply AP DEECET 2024 Application Form

DEECET stands for Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test/Elementary Teacher Training Institutes Common Entrance Test and was previously known as DIETCET (District Institutes of Education and Training Common Entrance Test).
The DEd Programme lasts two years: All students are unsure about the duration of the D.Ed course because a statement issued this year stated that the Programme will last four years starting next year. However, according to NCTE guidelines, the D.El.Edd programme will take two years to complete.
